Payment Methods
We are working to activate the credit/debit/purchase card payment link for delegate payments. At the moment,

you can register for the conference without paying.

Payment invoices and links will be sent out as soon as they are available. We anticipate that payments

will be able to be processed within 6 to 8 weeks for registered delegates.

Please note, your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.


Delegate Registration fees include:

- Attendance at all conference sessions & exhibition
- Access to the conference mobile app
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunches
- Conference dinner ticket (for full conference attendees)

Conference Dinner
Full conference attendees must indicate at time of registration whether they will be attending the conference dinner or not.
Spaces are limited so you are not guaranteed a place if you do not indicate this.

Delegates attending the conference on specific days can purchase a dinner ticket for £50 each.
Guest or accompanying person dinner tickets can also be bought at £50 each.

 

Cancellation Terms

Any amendments or cancellations must be sent by email to 5nations@in-conference.org.uk 
Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement.  
An admin fee of £40 will be deducted for cancellations before 9th April 2025. After this, no refunds will be provided.

Delegate substitutions can be made at no additional cost. Please notify the 5 Nations 2025 administration team in writing via email.
No shows will NOT be refunded.
By submitting your registration, you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

There will be a drinks reception and a 3-course dinner.
