Welcome to BGCS 2021 registration page. BGCS 2021 will take place virtually on the 13th and 14th of May.

Please have your credit/debit card (MasterCard, Visa and Visa Debit) to hand before you start. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express, Maestro or Purchasing Cards.

Summary

Cancellations

Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to bgcs@in-conference.org.uk and will be acknowledged. A refund less a £40.00 administration fee will be given on cancellations received on or before 19th April 2021 (Midnight BST). No refunds will be made after this date, however name changes will be permitted until 24 hours prior to the conference.

In the event that the conference has to be cancelled due to circumstances out with the control of BGCS, refunds on registration fees will only apply once other conference expenses have been covered.
