Late Registration Deadline: 12 June 2023 (after this date the onsite rate applies)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will incur an administrative charge of £40.00. Unfortunately after 16 May 2023 (11.59 GMT)  there can be no refunds and full fees apply.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline (16 May 2023) you will be charged a £50.00 administration fee. After the cancellation deadline, we will accept no refunds. All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing at bgcs@in-conference.org.uk

Pre-Conference Meetings & The Social Programme

BSGOG Pre-Conference Meeting

The British Surgical Gynaecological Oncology Group (BSGOG) meeting will take place on the 28th June 2023 in the Suttie Centre at Aberdeen University. View map here.

The meeting will include a series of informal presentations, surgical- videos and equipment/technology. Spaces are limited for this meeting and therefore booking is required as soon as possible.

BSGOG Social Event

We are delighted to invite you to join the BSGOG networking event after the BSGOG Meeting on 28 June 2023.  This will take place at The Braided Fig from 7pm, where we will share some drinks and food. 

 The Braided Fig is around 10 minutes away by taxi/car or a 30 minute walk from the Suttie Centre. Please note, there is no arranged transportation available and you will have to make your own way there.

 While this is a free event, we require you to confirm your attendance in advance.  Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so we advise confirming as soon as you can.
