*To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a current student enrolled in full or part time study. Evidence of your 
current enrolment status must be uploaded during registration.

letterhead confirming your student status).

Cancellation Terms

Any amendments or cancellations must be confirmed by email and sent to bgcs@in-conference.org.uk. 
Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement.  
An admin fee of £40 will be deducted for cancellations made on or before 30th May 2025. After this date, no refunds will be given.

Delegate substitutions can be made at any time, at no additional cost.  
No shows will NOT be refunded.

Are you currently a member of the BGCS, BAGP (British Association of Gynaecological Pathologists), or BASO (British Association of Surgical Oncologists)? 

If you are not currently a member of the BGCS and would like to find out more information on joining, please click here.

Are you a student?

Evidence of your current enrolment status must be uploaded during registration.

Social Programme

Welcome Reception

Date: Wednesday 9th July 2025
Venue: QEII Centre London
Time: 18:00 - 20:00

The Welcome Reception will be held at the QEII Centre on Wednesday 9th July and will provide
a wonderful opportunity to network with colleagues. 

The Welcome Reception is included in your registration fee for the Annual Scientific Meeting, however it is essential that
you book your space below if you are planning to attend.

 

BGCS ASM 2025 Dinner

Date: Thursday 10th July 2025
Venue: Church House Westminster
Time: 19:30 - 23:30
 


Church House is a 5 minute walk from the QEII Centre and will provide a stunning backdrop for the conference dinner.
We invite all delegates to join us for an evening of great food and entertainment and the opportunity to
catch up with old friends and meet new people.

 Tickets cost £65 + VAT and can be booked below.
Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
