*To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a current student enrolled in full-time or part-time study. Evidence of your 
current enrolment status must be uploaded during registration.
(A copy of your valid student ID card showing your date of graduation, an official enrolment certificate from your
educational  institution showing your date of graduation or a letter from your academic advisor on your school's
letterhead confirming your student status).

**For delegates wishing to register at the low-to-middle-income countries' (LMIC) rate, please click here to
verify if your country is classified as a low-to middle-income country according to the World Bank's classification.
 
Surgical Video Workshop: Wednesday 24 June 2026
For delegates registered to attend the Annual Scientific Meeting on Thursday 25 - Friday 26 June 2026, the Surgical Video Workshop will be offered
at a discounted rate of £100. 
For delegates only attending the Surgical Video Workshop, the day rates above will apply.
 
Cancellation Terms

Any amendments or cancellations must be confirmed by email and sent to bgcs@in-conference.org.uk. 
Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement.  
An admin fee of £40 will be deducted for cancellations made on or before Wednesday 13th May 2026. After this date, no refunds will be given.

Delegate substitutions can be made at any time, at no additional cost.  
No shows will NOT be refunded.

The Museum is a 10-minute walk from the meeting venue and will provide a stunning backdrop for the conference dinner.
