Cancellation Terms
Any amendments or cancellations must be sent by email to bsccp@in-conference.org.uk
Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement.  
An admin fee of £40 will be deducted for cancellations before Monday 2nd of June 2025.  Thereafter no refunds will be offered.
Substitutions can be made at no additional cost. No shows will NOT be refunded.

Cancellations received after Monday 2nd of June 2025 will be required to pay a full registration fee and no refunds provided. SUBSTITUTION
Substitutions are allowed for delegates. Please notify the BSCCP 2025 Conference Secretariat in writing if substitutions are required at bsccp@in-conference.org.uk
No Shows will NOT be refunded.


The student registration rate applies to individuals who are currently enrolled in or completing an undergraduate or postgraduate course.
