Please note that your membership will need to be confirmed by the BGA and you will need a valid BGA membership
number to qualify for member rates.
The BGA does not accept any responsibility for applicants not receiving a BGA membership number in time to
benefit from the cheaper rates and we strongly advise that applications for membership are made 
as early as possible to ensure there's enough time for the application to be processed.

This is available (free) to those in full time studies in a geotechnical-related subject.

Cancellation Terms
Any amendments or cancellations must be confirmed by email to earthwork2025@in-conference.org.uk.
Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement.  
An administration fee of £40 will be deducted for cancellations made on or before 15th July 2025.

After this date, no refunds will be given.

Delegate substitutions can be made at any time, at no additional cost.

No shows will NOT be refunded.

By submitting your registration, you agree to the terms of the above cancellation policy.

Social Programme

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will be held at the Lapworth Museum on Monday 15th September and will provide 
a wonderful opportunity to network with colleagues. 

Date: Monday 15th September 2025
Venue: Lapworth Museum, University of Birmingham
Time: 18:00 - 20:00

The Welcome Reception is included in your registration fee for the conference, however it is essential that
you book your space below if you are planning to attend.

Conference Dinner

We invite all delegates to join us for an evening of great food in a stunning setting, as well as the opportunity catch up with friends
 and meet new people.
 
Date: Tuesday 16th September 2025
Venue: Council House - Banqueting Suite
Time: 19:00 - 23:00
 
 Tickets cost £105 and can be booked below.
We advise that tickets be pre-booked as spaces for the dinner are limited.
