Conference Registration (Virtual)


The EIMR International Conference 2024 has an exciting programme lined up.

The registration fee for virtual delegates will allow you access to:

- Live stream access for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies plus conference sessions only
Please note that you will not be able to view the workshops on Monday 15th or Friday 19th April. The workshops are not being recorded. 
Virtual audiences will be able to participate in live Q&A

EIMR 2024 are pleased to offer conference delegates the opportunity to attend 3x workshops

on Monday 15th of April and Friday 19th April 2024. These workshops are included in your registration fees.

Social Programme

EIMR 2024 has an exciting social programme lined up that will offer fantastic opportunities 
to network and enjoy Scottish food, drink and entertainment. 
The Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner are included in the registration fee, however it is essential that you book your space below.

Bringing a guest?
If you would like to bring a guest with you, you will be asked for their details near the end of the registration form.
 

Welcome Reception

Date: 15th April 2024          Time: 18.00 - 19:30         Location: Orkney Distillery

The Welcome Reception is an informal evening reception where all delegates are welcome to attend. Delegates are invited to the Welcome Reception whilst enjoying drinks and canapés. This will be an excellent opportunity to network and mingle with old friends and colleagues, and to make new ones. Spaces are limited, pre-booking is required.

Conference Dinner

Date: 17th April 2024          Time: 19.00 - until late          Location: Kirkwall Town Hall

The Conference Dinner will take place in the Kirkwall and St Ola Town Hall. The Town Hall is situated in the centre of Kirkwall directly opposite the St Magnus Cathedral it is within walking distance of a number of prestigious hotels. Join us for an evening of food and drinks whilst you enjoy a unique mix of spell-binding vocals, intricately woven fiddle harmonies and energetic closers by the band called Fara. Spaces are limited, pre-booking is required.
