Online registration is fast and secure and will take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

Payment Methods

Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express, Maestro, or PayPal.

Delegate Registration fees include:

- Attendance at all conference sessions & exhibition
- Access to the conference mobile app
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunches

- Attendance at the Welcome Reception on Monday 31st May
- Attendance at the Poster Reception on Tuesday 1st June

Cancellation Terms

Any amendments or cancellations must be sent by email to espw2027@in-conference.org.uk
Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement.
An admin fee of £40 will be deducted for cancellations before 19th April 2027. After this, no refunds will be provided.

Delegate substitutions can be made at no additional cost. Please notify the ESPW 2027 administration team in writing via email.
No shows will NOT be refunded.
By submitting your registration, you agree to the terms of cancellation policy.

WSPA Membership

If you are not yet a member of the World’s Poultry Science Association (WPSA), you can join online before completing your registration:

Please be aware of the following when selecting your membership route:

If you are joining close to a registration deadline, it may be faster to join the UK branch, as this uses a one-off payment method and membership can be verified immediately.

Membership through other branches may take longer to process, as you will need to wait for your official WPSA membership number to be issued before your status can be confirmed.
