We are delighted that you are interested in attending EUROMAR 2023 that will be taking place at the Scottish Events Campus (SEC) in Glasgow from the 09 - 13 July.

Ampere Membership
Please select your membership status below. Registration fees include one year Ampere membership for current members and non-members.

*Registration at EUROMAR grants each delegate a one year’s membership of the Ampere Society. For ease of administration, members registering for EUROMAR 2023 will have their membership extended for a further 12 months beyond the end of their current registration period. Non-members (for instance those attending EUROMAR for the first time or those attending EUROMAR after an absence and who have not renewed their Ampere Society membership in the meantime) will be automatically granted a year’s membership from the date of their registration to attend EUROMAR 2023.

Cancellation Terms

STANDARD CANCELLATION TERMS
All alterations or cancellations to your registration must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by email. Notification should be sent to euromar2023@in-conference.org.uk.

An administration charge of £40.00 will be made to any participant cancelling before 11 June 2023. Cancellations received after 11 June 2023 will be required to pay a full registration fee. However, if you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost.

By submitting your registration, you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

COVID CANCELLATION TERMS
Conditions that apply to cancellations, substitutions and rescheduling of the conference due to COVID-19 are listed below.
All other cancellations will be subject to the standard cancellation terms.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions are allowed for delegates. Please notify the EUROMAR 2023 Conference secretariat in writing if substitutions are required at euromar2023@in-conference.org.uk.

No shows will NOT be refunded.
