Welcome to the registration site to attend the Annual EuroPD Conference 2023.

We are delighted that you are interested in attending EuroPD 2023 that will be taking place at the Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre (BMCC), in Bruges, Belgium from the 27-30  November.

Online registration is fast and secure and will take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

Proof of student status is required at time of booking (signed letter from Head of Department confirming student status).
 
LIMIC rates only apply to delegates living/working in countries on the WHO list.
 
Attendance at the Welcome Reception is complimentary for all delegates. If you wish to bring an accompanying person there is an additional fee of €50 + 21% TAX = €60.50 (for refreshments and canapes). There is no conference dinner so no fees apply.
 
Lunch is included for those attending the pre-conference workshops only (does not apply to exhibitors) and lunch on other days is provided by the lunchtime industry sponsors.

All alterations or cancellations to your registration must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by email. Notification should be sent to europd@in-conference.org.uk.

An administration charge of €40.00 will be made to any participant cancelling before 15 September 2023. Cancellations received after 27 October 2023 will be required to pay a full registration fee. However, if you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost.


By submitting your registration, you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

COVID CANCELLATION TERMS
Conditions that apply to cancellations, substitutions and rescheduling of the conference due to COVID-19 are listed below.
All other cancellations will be subject to the standard cancellation terms.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions are allowed for delegates. Please notify the EuroPD 2023 conference secretariat in writing if substitutions are required at europd@in-conference.org.uk.

No shows will NOT be refunded.

EuroPD 2023 Policy Forum

We are delighted to invite you to register for the EuroPD 2023 Policy Forum taking place on Thursday 30 November 2023, from 08:30-12:30.

The Policy Forum has been designed to thrash out the issues with PD and agree a plan of campaign! Your input is more valuable than ever!
