Cancellation Terms
Any amendments or cancellations must be sent by email to europd@in-conference.org.uk

Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement.  An admin fee of €50 + 21% VAT will be deducted for cancellations before 8th August 2025, after 8 August up to - 8 September: Admin fee + 21% VAT and 50% refund of fee paid. Thereafter no refunds will be offered. Substitutions can be made at no additional cost. No shows will NOT be refunded.

By submitting your registration, you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

CME Workshops

Pre-congress CME workshops covering different topics will be held in both English and Spanish.  Attendance at these course are only open to delegates attending the main congress and there is an additional fee to participate. (€90 + 21%VAT (€108.90)
