Cancellation Terms

Cancellations for registrations made on or before the cancellation deadline (5th August 2024) will receive a refund, minus an administration fee of £40.00. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the total Conference fee and no refund will be provided.

Substitutions can be made at any time, however this may not be reflected in the Programme or Book of Abstracts if there is a change to a presenting author of an oral or poster presentation after 5th August 2024.

Workshops

There are pre-conference workshop sessions taking place on Monday 30th September, and post-conference workshop sessions taking place on 3rd October. 

Please only book one workshop under each heading. Spaces for these workshops are very limited.
