Delegate registration fees include

- Attendance at all conference sessions and the exhibition on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a current student enrolled in full or part-time study.

Evidence of your current enrolment status must be uploaded during registration. 
(A copy of your valid student ID card showing your date of graduation, an official enrolment certificate from your educational
institution showing your date of graduation, or a letter from your academic advisor on your school's letterhead confirming your student status).

Cancellation Terms
Any amendments or cancellations must be confirmed by email to ictmc@in-conference.org.uk
Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement.  

An administration fee of £40 will be deducted for cancellations made on or before Friday 14th August 2026.
After this date, no refunds will be given.
Delegate substitutions can be made at any time. Please let us know in advance of the event whenever possible.

No shows will NOT be refunded.

ICTMC 2026 Workshops

The pre-conference workshop sessions will take place on both the morning and afternoon of Monday 14th September,

with the post-conference workshop sessions taking place on the afternoon of Thursday 17th September.

Conference Party

Venue: ICC Birmingham
Date: Wednesday 16th September 2026
Time: 20:00 - 23:30

 

All conference delegates are invited to attend the conference party, within the conference venue.


Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome drink, along with tokens for two further drinks to enjoy throughout the evening. Grazing stations will be available for you to enjoy at your leisure and street food dishes will be served later in the evening.


The entertainment will come in the form of a live band, playing party tunes – so make sure you have your dancing shoes on!


Tickets are priced at £50.00 + VAT per person
