Delegate Registration fees include:

- Attendance at all conference sessions & exhibition
- Access to the conference mobile app
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunches
- Attendance at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday 13th October
- Attendance at food demonstration and poster session on Wednesday 14th October

Cancellation Terms

Any amendments or cancellations must be sent by email to napic2026@in-conference.org.uk 
Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement.  
An admin fee of £40 will be deducted for cancellations before 1st September 2026. After this, no refunds will be provided.

Delegate substitutions can be made at no additional cost. Please notify the NAPIC 2026 administration team in writing via email. 
No shows will NOT be refunded.
By submitting your registration, you agree to the terms of cancellation policy.
