Cancellation Terms

Any amendments or cancellations must be sent by email to pdacademy@in-conference.org.uk 

Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement. 

An administration fee of £40 will be deducted for cancellations made on or before Monday 5th October 2026.

After this, no refunds will be provided.

Delegate substitutions can be made at any time, at no additional cost. 

Please notify the PD Academy 2026 administration team via email. 
No shows will NOT be refunded.
