Delegate Accommodation
We have partnered with Glasgow Convention Bureau to provide an accommodation booking service.

Cancellation Terms
Any amendments or cancellations must be sent by email to wcss2025@in-conference.org.uk
Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement.  
An admin fee of £40 will be deducted for cancellations before 31st May 2025.  Thereafter no refunds will be offered.
Substitutions can be made at no additional cost. No shows will NOT be refunded.

By submitting your registration, you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

Sports Activity & Career Presentation for PhD Students

Welcome Reception

Date: Tuesday 17th June 2025         Time: 17.00 - 18.00          Location: Ibrox Stadium

An informal reception open to all delegates and speakers, with the opportunity to meet with some of the Rangers FC Legends.  Refreshments and canapes will be available.
 

Congress Dinner

Date: Thursday 19th June 2025        Time: 18.00 - late          Location: Celtic Park

The Congress dinner will be held at Celtic Park and a three course meal with drinks will be offered. Pre-booking is required below:
