Cancellation Terms
Any amendments or cancellations must be sent by email to wdsc@in-conference.org.uk 
Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement.  
An admin fee of £40 will be deducted for cancellations before Monday 23rd of March 2026.
Thereafter no refunds will be offered.
Substitutions can be made at no additional cost. No shows will NOT be refunded.

By submitting your registration, you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

Technical Tours

 

The WDSC Technical Tours provide you the opportunity to visit notable distilleries and research institutes relevant to the distilled spirits sector within Edinburgh, Falkirk, Dundee and Fife.  

Each tour will take place on Monday 4th May 2026, departing at approximately 9am from the EICC. Departure times will be advised nearer to the time. 

 

We have arranged two different tours:

•    Tour 1 - £50 per person - SOLD OUT
Kingsbarns Distillery and The James Hutton Institute


•    Tour 2 - £45 per person - SOLD OUT
Rosebank Distillery and The Scotch Whisky Research Institute

 

Both tours include transport and lunch plus refreshments and you can only attend one tour. 

As these are operational sites, please ensure you wear sensible footwear.
